Yuzhao Powder Metallurgy Factory, former Yongkang Shizhu
P/M Factory, is located in Yongkang city, which is famous
for hardware production. With many years of experience,
our company is specialized in Fe/Cu based products, including
P/M structural parts, oilless bearings and antifriction
parts, especially for P/M structural parts.
Our factory was founded in 1995, covering an area of 5000
Sq.m, with standard workshop. Our equipments include full
automatic P/M hydraulic presses, mechanical high-speed
powder forming presses, mesh belt sintering furnace, steam
treatment black furnace, and other assistant equipments,
such as machining lathe, punch, bench drill, instrument,
etc. Meanwhile, we have complete test instruments, including
TGS28A(S) densimeter, HRBV-187.5 Brinell Rockwell &
Vickers hardness tester, and universal material testing
machine. With excellent raw material properties, specialized
die design capability, rich technical force, complete
production equipments and advanced test instruments, we
have the capability for products development and production.
